Ademola Lookman Returns to Atalanta Training, Set for Torino Clash

Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman has resumed full training with Atalanta after reuniting with coach Ivan Juric and his teammates on Thursday morning in Zingonia.

The Super Eagles star, who admitted he had been going through a difficult personal period, asked to be reintegrated into the squad and trained with the group for the first time this season. He also held clear-the-air talks with Juric and his teammates before joining the session.

This marks a positive step after signs of reconciliation following last weekend’s Serie A fixture against Lecce. With his return, Lookman is now available for selection ahead of Atalanta’s away trip to Torino on Sunday, September 21.
