Albion U21s Secure Former Arsenal Goalkeeper Brian Okonkwo

West Bromwich Albion have confirmed the signing of former Arsenal youth goalkeeper Brian Okonkwo on a one year deal.
The 19-year-old, who stands at 6ft 5in, impressed during a recent trial and has already featured in all three of Albion’s Premier League 2 matches across competitions. His contract runs until June 2026.
Okonkwo began his football journey at Arsenal’s academy, joining the Gunners at the age of 12. He is also the younger brother of Arthur Okonkwo, who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Wrexham in the Sky Bet Championship.
