Bayelsa to Host National Bodybuilding Championship in October

Bayelsa State has been confirmed as the host of the 2025 National Bodybuilding Championship, tagged Ultimate Night of Champions, scheduled to take place from October 3 to October 5 at the Chief D.S.P. Alamieyeseigha Banquet Hall, Yenagoa.
The event, organised by the Amateur Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation Nigeria (ABBFN), will feature the country’s top bodybuilders, physique athletes, bikini and fitness models in what promises to be a spectacular show of strength, aesthetics, and fitness.
According to ABBFN President, Elekima Soye, the championship will not only celebrate excellence in bodybuilding but also serve as a qualifier for the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Mr. Universe Championship, scheduled for October 11 in Lagos.
Over N2 million in cash prizes and consolation awards will be up for grabs, with organisers assuring a competitive and entertaining event.
