Leonard Ngenge is a name football followers won’t forget in a hurry.
After a standout season with Ikorodu City FC, the promising defender earned a switch to Remo Stars and a call-up to the Super Eagles Team B for the 2025 CHAN tournament.
Though his performances at the tournament were disappointing, the 17-year-old has bounced back strongly, quickly finding his footing at Remo Stars.
Ngenge’s resilience has now been rewarded, as he has signed an agreement to join English Championship side Leeds United once he turns 18.
