Osigwe Signs for Djurgården from Edo Queens on Three-Year Deal

Djurgården Fotboll have confirmed the signing of Nigerian forward Goodness Chukwuamaka Osigwe from Edo Queens FC, marking her first move to a European club.
The 18 year old striker has signed a contract with the Swedish top-flight side that will keep her at the Stockholm-based outfit until 2027, according to an official statement released on the club’s website.
Osigwe, who previously impressed in the Nigerian Women’s Football League with Edo Queens, has already joined her new teammates in training as she begins her career in the Damallsvenskan.
Djurgården officials expressed excitement about the youngster’s potential, noting that her pace and attacking instincts will add depth to the squad as they push for success in the Swedish league.
