WTT Unveils 2026 Series Calendar

The World Table Tennis (WTT) governing body has officially released its 2026 Series Calendar, outlining a packed year of global competition across multiple continents. The schedule features the highly anticipated Grand Smashes, prestigious Finals, and competitive Champions, Star Contender, and Contender events.
Grand Smashes
The season kicks off with the Singapore Smash in February, followed by the United States Smash in July, Europe Smash in Sweden in August, and the China Smash in October. These events are expected to attract the sport’s biggest stars as they battle for major titles.
WTT Finals
The year will conclude in December, with Hong Kong set to host the WTT Finals, bringing together the best performers of the season.
WTT Champions
Top-level action will also feature in the Champions series, beginning in Doha (January) and Chongqing (March), before heading to Yokohama (August), Macao (September), Montpellier (October), and Germany (November).
WTT Star Contender
The Star Contender circuit will see players competing in Doha (January), Chennai (February), Ljubljana (June), Brazil (July), London (September), and Muscat (November).
WTT Contender
Meanwhile, the Contender events will provide rising stars and seasoned players a platform to shine, with tournaments scheduled in Muscat (January), Tunis (March), Taiyuan (April), Lagos (May), Skopje (June), Zagreb (June), Buenos Aires (July), Almaty (September), Panagyurishte (September), and Istanbul (November).
With competitions spread across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas, the 2026 WTT calendar promises another year of thrilling table tennis action for fans worldwide.
